Firstly don't let the exterior photos put you off I was very apprehensive before I went, Metro takes you into the centre and other tourists attractions, the metro is five to sevens minutes walk then regular bus trolley 🚎 buses takes to West End shopping Centre and to stop near parliament buildings and not far from the river also about 10 minutes from tram stops. The Breakfast was filling unlimited, staff we wonderful help us out as much as they could. Try too look at past the decor rooms are good size and some are spacious. The bed is comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily, the rooms have ensuites and fridge The airport is just about an hour away with Metro and bus 100E 2200ft per person The 72 Hr pass is not valid on this route they run every 10 minutes to the airport

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The location was superb. These points added together with very easy directions from. The airport to the hotel, they did offer to book a taxi too!

The hotel is in a neighborhood near several embassies, about four blocks from the museum and former home of Franz Liszt, about ten minutes of walking from the business-oriented Oktogon neighborhood, and a little further to the historic Opera House or (in the other direction) the city park (featuring the Transylvanian castle, the zoo and the circus). The Keleti train station (Budapest's main one) can be walked to in about twenty minutes. Tram and subway transit in this city is frequent, extensive and cheap, so access to the former royal castle, the walking hills, the shopping districts, Parliament, bridges over the Danube, historic market, and more, are easy from the location.

- Good location: Close to the metro M1; supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and parks nearby; city center not too far, you can walk there - Friendly staff - Clean - You can keep your luggage at the hotel on your last day - A lot of lights in the room - There was a fridge in the room, I used it for water

Very helpful staff. I was offered a complimentary bottle of water on arival on one of the hottest days of the year. The room looked out onto a pleasant, shaded courtyard. Buffet breakfast was included in the price. The location was convenient for my trip - I was arriving in Budapest at one rail terminal and leaving by another, with this hotel roughly halfway between the two.

The staffs were really nice and friendly, they greeted us everytime they see us and the check in was smooth the reception is open 24 hours and there is always someone in the reception to help you. Also there is easy access to the public transportation,lots of attractions nearby hotel.
